Decode Landsat Quality Assessment Bands

Description

This tool decodes Landsat Multispectral Scanner System (MSS), Thematic Mapper (TM), Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+), and Operational Land Imager/Thermal Infrared Sensor (OLI/TIRS) Quality Assessment (QA) bands. It splits these QA bands into individual bands and optionally aggregates them into a Grid Collection. It is also possible to select individual flags for output. Currently, the tool supports Pixel, Radiometric Saturation and Surface Reflectance Aerosol (only OLI/TIRS) Quality Assessment bands from Collection 2 (Level 1 and 2). It also provides value the possibility to create a mask with the combined classes cirrus cloud (only OLI/TIRS), cloud, cloud shadow, water and snow, in this ranking order.
